Example Large Charcuterie Board (subject to number of guests): 1x Large Wheel of Brie from Suffolk (1kg) or Mini Brie from the Cotswolds (240g) 1x Award Winning British Cheddar (2kg) 1 x Cheese Tiered Tower (serves 20-30 people): Top Tier: Crouton (French, Goat) Second Tier: Baby Curworthy (more mellow and sweeter than Cheddar) Third Tier: Fourme D'Ambert (delicate blue flavour, and is soft and smooth) Bottom Tier: Waterloo (gentle, sweet flavour) 2x Artisan Butter Various Miller's Artisan Crackers, Toast & Savoury Biscuits. Fresh fruit, Artisan Bread, Nuts, Dried Fruits, Olives, Jams & Chutneys. I am able to source many different types of cheese, British and International, please enquire to find out more. I would recommend a portion of 100g of cheese per guest.
