Fergus was great! I booked a 6 course dinner for 6 guests with Fergus and could not have been more pleased! Communication was great from the start and he was so helpful in accommodating everyone’s dietary restrictions. The food was delicious, presentation was perfect and service was excellent all around- everyone truly enjoyed it. It was a lovely experience! I would highly recommend choosing Fergus for any event.

Magic with No Kitchen We work in an office full of people who love food and have been to some of the nicest restaurants in the world, and Fergus came on our last Friday of work and completely transformed the office, turning it into a fine dining experience even though the only thing we had in the kitchenette there was a sink and dishwasher. He brought his own kitchen and crafted a beautiful 6-course tasting meal meeting many different dietary needs that left everyone just amazed. Truly don’t hesitate to book Fergus, it’s like booking your own personal Michelin star chef
Fergus created a wonderful experience for us. A weekend away with the family to celebrate my Father's 70th birthday, we booked this as a treat. New to hiring a chef we didn't know what to expect. Fergus made the process, simple and fun. To choosing the menu, to the little surprises he planned for us, made it seamless. On the day Fergus was prepared, worked efficiently in the background in the shared kitchen space and his presences was a lovely addition do our dinner. His food was amazing from the lobster tail, to the Jalapeno palette cleanser, to the duck breast mains everything was amazing and had as anticipating each course. Would def do again! Cannot recommend enough and a genuinely nice guy.
Chef Fergus cooked us an amazing steak dinner for my husband's birthday and it was super tender and delicious! The maple and pecan sticky toffee pudding was the sweetest bonus to finish off a memorable experience. I highly recommend Chef Fergus.
