Caroline and Guilherme, two Michelin trained, Brazilian chefs, can help you impress with an evening of delicious food and great conversation. Sample Menu Canapés: Mushroom gyozas Smoked salmon blinis Brick pastry cones, tuna teriyaki, avocado - Freshly baked rosemary focaccia and Herdade do Esporão (Portuguese olive oil) - Amuse bouche: Jerusalem artichoke foam, thyme crumb. - Starter: Ravioli of scallop mousse and langoustine, Brazilian tucupi. - Main Course: Sous vide lamb shoulder, fresh peas, pomme Anna. - Pre Dessert: Elderflower jelly, apple sorbet. - Dessert: Mille-feuille of caramelised banana, creme diplomat, salted caramel ice cream. - Petit Fours: Tonka bean and Cupuaçu macarons (using an indigenous fruit from Brazil). Salted caramel and chocolate truffles.

The most magical experience! This was the best meal I have ever eaten! My friends and I always love tasting menus and we visit often - this was next level!
