In this mixology class you will learn to make three classic cocktails: Cosmopolitan, Pornstar Martini & a Negroni. Derrick’s cocktail class can also be tailored for any event. If you have any non-drinkers for example, non-alcoholic cocktails and mocktails can be created, allowing everyone to participate in the experience! Derrick and his team will go through basic techniques from how to shake, stir, and strain the mix appropriately. It is a step-by-step learning course that gives you a strong basic knowledge and a good understanding on how cocktails are created. Derrick will also go through some of the classic cocktails and cover the more revolutionary ones that are becoming increasingly popular.

Thank you to Hometainment for creating the most INCREDIBLE Matcha Bar for the Break Archive Pop-Up Shop. The professionalism from the team was amazing as well as the delicious matchas they made. They created us special menus using 'shaken matcha' to combine the idea of a cafe and a bar.
