Chef Jacob did an outstanding job. He is brilliant at communicating and I requested all vegan dinner. We discussed my expectations, preferences etc and he sent a menu proposal from which I selected my choices. He delivered stunning food that wowed the crowd. He is talented and extremely personable, so a real asset to your portfolio.

Jacob made us such an exceptional dinner - we loved every mouthful of it! We had both the pork and salmon canapés, crab crumpets to start, surf and turf for main and the sticky toffee pudding to complete a wonderful meal. Jacob was warm and friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. This was the first time we have had someone cook in our home for us and we would definitely book him to cook for us again. Jacob did a great job and made us feel important from the first communication, which some other chefs hadn't when we were speaking with them.
He was responsive and gave good ideas and suggestions when we spoke, allowing us to make the decisions quickly. He was also flexible when numbers etc changed nearer to the event,
Helping find a server for the day meant we had a lunch that felt extra special and everyone loved the food - with generous portions and good quality food. The lobster risotto was an amazing start to the meal and really set the scene for what followed.
The kitchen was left clean and tidy and the day was a joy.
Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.

I hired Jacob to put together an 8 person menu including canapés. He arrived a couple of hours ahead of the dinner and got to work. He put everything together with the minimum of fuss. Food was fantastic, presentation top-notch. He was a major part of a great night.
