Sound & Vision 2025

Visioning 25 is an immersive experience of vision board creation followed by sound bath. Taking your guests on a journey of self discovery, this is safe space to find meaning and with intention (and some good music) relax and prepare to lay down abstract ideas, dreams and goals using images, words, that evoke positive emotions onto the blank space waiting for your future. (The vision board is not to be done digitally and the reasoning will be explained). The vision board is not a new concept but there is an art to understanding the practice of a deeper internal connection and the concept of co-creation where the simple act of playfully sticking images on a board holds massive potential for change and renewal. You and your guests will have a space for three hours to create your board. During that time HOMEtainer Nikki will chat about the power of affirmations and intention, what abundance looks like - holistically and how to use the board as a tool to thrive, develop self belief and shape reality. Before starting the board there will be a short meditation of opening and centering to help increase creative flow. The Learning What it means to live more authentically moving beyond a desire for material abundance towards a more intentional and affirming future full of your own values and manifestations. To become open to all potentials and release resistance to the outcomes that present in many different ways. The intention To create a vision board holding the energy of what you want 2023 to look and feel like. To feel more curious about further practices that increase wellbeing and mental health. To feel more connected to the inner landscape by asking the big question "What do I want?" To become a more active rather than reactive participant in life. Importantly.. To have huge fun with others sharing the anticipation of the adventure ahead. The board becomes the container for that future. There will then be a 30 minute deeply immersive SEATED sound bath with guided visualisation encouraging connection with the images on the vision board. A powerful and transforming opportunity to inspire the year ahead.
