Serve food and drinks, Collect discarded plates, glasses, refresh snacks and drinks generally keep the area tidy. Can source additional waitstaff on request. For bar staff please refer to my Bartender profile. 4 hour minimum can scale up to as long as 12 hours, depending on the nature of the event
